Audio Journaling

The Audio Journaling assists voice journaling.

Journaling is a method of improving self-cognition by outputting what comes to mind and what you think. (See Chady Men Tan's Search Inside Yourself for details)

Journaling improves intellectual productivity, enhances emotional control and reduces stress

The points for performing audio journaling are as follows.

  • Don't think about what to say, talk about what comes to your mind (if you don't think of anything, say that you can't think of anything until you think of it)
  • Set a time and do it for a certain period of time
  • Read what you said after a certain amount of time
